What is published here
The public collection contains Sovereign Keys and the current Sovereign Pay editions, with an exact-edition guide for every release, a shared choose-and-work-safely guide, and one shared technical and safety appendix. QR Edition 1.2 remains an active expanded-QR choice in its original compact interface. QR Edition 1.3 provides the same expanded capabilities in three modern visual themes with identical functionality.
Choose Edition 1.0 when you only want to scan addresses. For expanded QR support, choose Edition 1.2 if you prefer the original compact interface or Edition 1.3 for the current recommended design family. The three 1.3 files differ only in appearance. Compare the choices.
02 — Trust model
Trust and file identity
Sovereign Keys is designed to work offline and makes no network or browser-storage calls. Sovereign Pay constructs and signs locally; network providers are used only for the explicit steps described in its manual: finding spendable coins or sending a signed transaction to the BSV network. Neither tool creates an account or takes custody of funds.
The official Sovereignty Tools page at BSVSearch.com is the recommended current entry point. You can explore the tools or begin with a very small test without manually calculating a file hash. Source-visible does not mean risk-free: use an isolated device for serious key generation, begin payment practice with an amount you can comfortably afford to lose, and increase the value only gradually.
Extra file verification is most important when an application or manual came through another person, email, messaging, phone transfer, cloud storage, a USB drive, another website, or a similar channel. In that situation, obtain a fresh copy through the official page, retrieve the published document from the BSV Blockchain using its listed TXID, or follow the received-file verification procedure.
All current tools are presented as a Public Preview. The testing-status page summarizes completed checks and explains where user feedback is most useful.
Never paste private keys, seed phrases, wallet backups, or live credentials into a chat, support request, shared document, or diagnostic log.
03 — Web3 publication
One file, one inscription
This site is prepared for publication as 1Sat Ordinals on the BSV blockchain. Each HTML file, the shared stylesheet, and the logo receive their own transaction ID. Named Web3 routes provide readable entry points. Their route records are separate from the immutable underlying inscriptions.
Navigation uses route addresses for correctable entry points. Shared assets use transaction-ID resolver addresses so the exact bytes referenced by a page remain pinned. The inscription inventory records the TXID and SHA-256 hash of every public file.

04 — Provenance
Stewardship and attribution
The tools were originally developed by BSVSearch.com and are presented under the Sovereignty Tools house brand with the original and legal attribution preserved. Public release files are copied from reviewed release candidates. Sovereign Pay Standard Edition 1.0 and QR Editions 1.0, 1.2, and 1.3 are active choices. QR Edition 1.2 retains the original compact expanded-QR interface; QR Edition 1.3 is the current recommended design family.
The Sovereignty Tools logo mark was generated specifically for this project using ChatGPT. The retained project record contains no third-party logo or stock-image source. The site embeds the project-owned mark and uses only system font families; it does not distribute font files, stock photographs, or externally hosted visual assets.
The source-visible license permits limited header-logo and visual-colour customization. A business or contractor may use its own logo or, when acting for a client, the client’s logo. In addition, any user may modify only the visual colour values used by the interface to suit a brand or visual preference. These permissions apply only to the header logo and visual colour values and change no other license rule. Colour changes must not conceal or make unreadable any protected name, attribution, notice, warning, control, or fee disclosure. No user, business, client, contractor, or other person is permitted under the license to rename a tool or remove, alter, or obscure its Sovereignty Tools product identity or BSVSearch.com attribution. No one is permitted under the Sovereign Pay license to remove, disable, reduce, redirect, or otherwise alter the Sovereign Pay tool fee. These product-identity, attribution, and fee prohibitions have no contractor exception. They apply only to original Sovereignty Tools and BSVSearch.com material; embedded third-party material remains governed by its own retained licence.
Third-party components and names
Sovereign Keys includes the MIT-licensed BIP-0039 English word list and a compact QR encoder derived from Project Nayuki’s MIT-licensed QR Code generator. Sovereign Pay includes the Project Nayuki-derived encoder; the QR editions also embed jsQR 1.4.0 under the Apache License 2.0. Each standalone application retains the notices applicable to the material inside that file.
WhatsOnChain and Bitails are independent third-party network services named because Sovereign Pay can use their public interfaces for user-requested operations. The references do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement, and service availability and terms remain outside Sovereignty Tools’ control.
