Listen, Tip, Buy, or License the Music

All rights in the music, lyrics, recordings, album notes, and related materials are owned by Marquez Comelab unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Marquez.web3 is the Web3 website, archive, and source-of-truth location for these works. It is not a separate legal owner of the music or copyright.

Control of the domain name, website route, wallet, page, or inscription does not by itself transfer copyright ownership.

• You may listen to the music on this site freely.
• The audio file may be technically downloadable from the browser audio menu.
• If you want to keep the song or track for personal listening on your own devices, buy it by paying 0.06 BSV to that song or track's personal-use address.
• Listening or downloading does not allow you to sell, upload, redistribute, sample, remix, publish, or use the music in another project.

• A tip is voluntary.
• It is a way to say that a song or track meant something to you, or to support the project.
• A tip does not grant personal-use purchase rights or project license rights.

• The personal-use price is 0.06 BSV per song or track.
• Pay the personal-use address shown for that specific song or track.
• Personal use means listening on your own phone, computer, music player, or personal device.
• Personal use does not allow commercial use, public redistribution, uploading elsewhere, or use in a film, video, game, app, podcast, advertisement, or public project.

• The project license price is 0.06 BSV per song or track.
• Pay the licensing address shown for that specific song or track.
• The license covers Marquez Comelab's rights in both the musical composition and the sound recording of the licensed track.
• The license is non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual (does not expire), for one song or track, for one project, and granted only after the BSV payment is confirmed.
• A project means one specific finished work, such as one film, short film, video, video clip, podcast episode, game, app, presentation, advertisement, or similar work.
• A sequel, follow-up, part 2, remake, new episode, new version, or substantially revised work is a separate project and requires a separate license.
• The first public release or publication of the licensed project must occur within 60 calendar days after the license payment.
• You may publish the same licensed project across platforms, including websites, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Vimeo, TV, cinema, festivals, app stores, and similar publication channels.
• You may trim, fade, loop, adjust volume, add subtitles or captions, make trailers, create short promo clips, and make revised edits of the same project.
• You may not remix the track, sample it, extract stems, turn it into a new song, resell the music by itself, claim you created it, register it as your own composition, mint it as your own NFT or ordinal, place it into a music library, or distribute it as a standalone audio file.
• You may not use the music for hate, harassment, pornography, fraud, political propaganda, unlawful activity, misleading endorsement, or any use that suggests Marquez Comelab supports the project unless he has separately agreed in writing.

• You may reproduce and share the lyrics freely with attribution to Marquez Comelab and Marquez.web3 as the source.
• You may share, quote, discuss, translate, or display the lyrics, but Marquez Comelab's authorship must remain clear.
• You may not present the lyrics as if you wrote, created, commissioned, or own them.
• You may not sell the lyrics by themselves, place them on merchandise for sale, mint them as your own NFT or ordinal, falsely suggest endorsement, or relicense them as if they were yours.
• This lyrics permission applies to the lyrics as text. It does not permit use of the recording, melody, or musical composition in another project.

• Use this suggested credit where practical: Music: "[Song or Track Title]" by Marquez Comelab. Source: Marquez.web3.
• Attribution is required where the project has credits, descriptions, show notes, documentation, or another reasonable place to identify the music.
• For short advertisements or promos with no credits or description field, attribution is appreciated but not required.
• Keep the song or track title, BSV address paid, amount paid, date of payment, and BSV License TXID (the TXID of the payment of the license fee).
• For a project license, also keep the project title or description connected to the payment.
• The BSV License TXID is the same thing as your license ID.

• The licensor is Marquez Comelab.
• By sending the required BSV payment to the stated address for a song or track, you accept the license terms effective at the time of payment.
• A license is granted only if the correct amount is paid to the correct BSV address and the transaction is confirmed on the BSV blockchain.
• Tipping, buying, licensing, downloading, or sharing lyrics does not transfer copyright ownership.
• These terms and any license granted through Marquez.web3 are governed by the laws of Belgium.
• If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
• Any use outside these terms requires separate written permission from Marquez Comelab.
