How do my buyers know which terms applied when they bought?

Every listing shows a "View terms" link that opens your current terms document. Because both the payment and the terms live on-chain with dates, the version of your terms that was in effect at the time of a payment is always provable — updating your current terms later never changes agreements that were already made.
