This tool downloads the exact bytes of a file inscribed on the BSV blockchain, computes their SHA-256 fingerprint in your own browser, and compares it with the published value. Nothing you enter leaves your device.

Why saving a page from a browser can give a different SHA-256

Saving a rendered page ("Save page as") makes the browser rebuild the file, and some gateways' CDNs insert an analytics script when a browser asks for HTML — either way the saved copy no longer matches the published fingerprint even though the on-chain data is intact. This tool avoids both: it fetches the raw bytes directly and verifies them before you save.
